Excellent work. Fast to respond and jumps on your schedule. Thorough inspection throughout the whole house doesn’t miss a thing. He gave me a chance to repair that was needed and came back the second time around for a final inspection right away.
He inspected the home thoroughly, especially the attic and the crawl space. The patience with which John answered all my questions was commendable. Being a first time home buyer I did not know a lot of things that one has to do to maintain a home, John gave me helpful tips and suggestions around those. On a personal note as well he is very fun to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. Great experience and I would again hire John in a blink of an eye.
