Nick was great! We previously purchased a home with several critical issues the inspector had not caught. Going into our next home we wanted to be sure the inspector was attentative to our concerns and had an unbiased approach to inspecting. Nick did an amazing job! He checked every item we were particularly concerned about, and covered FAR MORE than our past inspections had. His report was comprehensive and his attention to detail immaculate. Nick made sure to follow up with us and communicate in a timely manner. We even received the report the following morning! We can now go into our home purchase knowing what issues are of concern BEFORE we close. We highly recommend Nick and his services.
