Purdy Home Inspections

I’ve dealt with home inspectors five times now and this was by far the best experience of them all. Mr. Purdy was very professional, organized and thorough. I have extensive knowledge in home repairs and home issues and I expected a few things to be missed during the inspection that I would have to point out. Mr. Purdy, however made it difficult to find anything he hadn’t already spotted. He was quick to discuss every detail about the house and the things he found during the inspection displaying his extensive knowledge. Also he documented everything with text descriptions and pictures which seems unimportant, but when you are requiring a seller to repair something sometimes the pictures explain the issue far better than the written requirement. I strongly recommend Purdy Home Inspections for anyone looking to purchase a home. He will ensure you are taken care of.

Buying my first home and John did the inspection. He was awesome, explained everything he found in detail. He was extremely professional and friendly. we didn’t have good access to a few areas and he went above and beyond to check them out any way with no complaints. He also scoped the sewer lines from the house to the city end, let me watch the whole time and explained any areas of concern he saw. I highly recommend him for anyone needing an inspection, and he had the best price of anyone else that we quoted.

By far, one of the best home inspectors out there. Very thorough and professional. Able to schedule inspections in a reasonable amount of time with quick report turnaround. Always there to answer questions about the report afterward. Highly recommend to all my clients!
