Christopher McGrath was AMAZING! He was so thorough in the inspection, very knowledgeable, and really nice. When he was complete he broke down everything to us even in a way for us to understand. He was awesome!
One of the ducts for the AC isn’t connected! We’ve been wondering why the house wasn’t getting cool, and that explains it. The crawl space is cooler than the house! The HVAC for the upstairs wasn’t blowing cool air, that was an $1900 fix. Windows in one of the bedrooms and the FROG, were leaking. Had someone come out twice to do a quick fix, then they suggested a contractor to make sure it’s done correctly. Valves for the washer, wereno good, and the lines are clogged, so another $400+ gone. I’m reading a review now and see how there are people saying how thorough they were. Welp, not for us! Didn’t even go through the crawl space, where we have other issues that the contractors will have to fix.
