This home inspection company is great. The schedulers were very friendly and made me an immediate appointment. We had to complete the inspection in a short time frame before the closing. Our inspector was fantastic! He was on time and super friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure that the process was easy and thorough. This family-owned home inspection company is highly recommended.

Quality Home Inspections recently completed our home inspection with April Hamilton as the inspector. April did a fantastic job. She allowed me to walk the house with her as she completed the inspection and provided easy to understand explanations to many areas of concern. She pointed out everything from maintenance items to keep up with as a homeowner, to defects which require immediate attention or correction. The color-coded report I received the following day allowed me to quickly identify the highest priority items needing to be discussed with my buying agent and the seller. I spent 12 years as an inspector of marine vessels, so my expectation for my home inspector and their attention to detail and thoroughness was quite high. April exceeded my expectations. QHI did an amazing job not only with the inspection itself but communicating their findings with us upon completion. I felt that they were not just there to point every negative aspect…. Of course there were a few but the general details of the home will help for years to come when making decisions relating to repairs and maintenance. We will use them again if find ourselves in need of relocation…hopefully not!:)
