Quigley Home Inspections

I had the pleasure of having a very detailed oriented technician by the name of Daniel. He made me feel secure in that he was looking out for my best interest, being that this was the 1st time that I was purchasing a home, I had no idea what to expect. I definitely was in good hands. He went above and beyond the call of duty, when I had questions I will be requesting Daniel’s service in 2years from now at which time I will be ready to make another purchase FIVE PLUS STARS.

Professional and detailed service that I would recommend and use again. Quigley has particular expertise in plumbing and pipes. On house that we ended up not buying, a few minor issues were missed (e.g. nonworking oven in kitchen). But major issues were caught and service (including documentation and friendliness) was good. They got on roof, in attic, etc. Did what needed to be done and recommended appropriate subcontractors for other additional inspection work.
