Like many people I have worked in a number of industries including construction, farming, retail, education and business. I like learning and sharing what I learn. Having experience in general construction, residential foundations, framing, roofing, and renovation work, I trained as a home inspector with a local company for six months before becoming certified with InterNACHI and passing the National Home Inspector exam required by the Oregon Contractors’ Board. I enjoy investigating structures and providing relevant information to my clients.

Pat is on-time, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He doesn’t cut corners and he inspects every single inch of the home all the while taking the time to point out potential areas of concern or just educating my buyers on ways to maintain their home in good condition. Once the inspection is complete, he prepares very thorough inspection reports within a couple of days. All of my clients have enjoyed working with him and have felt very confident in his inspections. Would definitely recommend his services.

Pat spent literally 10 times longer evaluating this roof and chimney than the inspector did on our previous house. He also went above and beyond in evaluating the electrical system and found some serious code violations. Pat also offered some great security suggestions. Highly recommended ! !

Pat was very professional and knowledgeable too!…Pat being friendly was just an added bonus! He also knew “his stuff”. ..And that gives me peace of mind. I feel very confident with the results he found with my inspection. If I ever needed ANYTHING that the Rausch company offers I would NOT hesitate to call Pat and the Rausch company again! Thankyou Pat!
