The walk-around can take up to an hour and a half, normally just short of an hour. The length of the walk-around depends on the clients schedule, amount of information to cover and number of questions from the client. This is a great time to learn about your investment. Once the walk-around is complete that completes the inspection process. The inspector then returns to his office and writes the report, compiles the report package and delivers the report package, normally the same day. The client will always have at least an emailed copy of the inspection report by the end of the day.
