Our CEO, Nate Hollis is a veteran of the U.S. Army who has acquired valuable knowledge from building trades in New England, Arizona, and Hawaii. These include: aviation maintenance management, facility and project management positions in 9 countries around the world. It is our mission to empower the customer to properly evaluate the facts, prior to making a substantial investment on a facility or dwelling.

Willing to answer any questions any time. Will walk throughout the whole process with you to ensure he doesnt miss something and to explain everything he doing amd why he checking it. Would highly recommend.
Extremely detail-oriented and informative. He lets you know what’s wrong, why it’s wrong, how you can prevent it, and what you should look out for yourself in future home inspections. He also has a great list of vendors that he can vouch for: electricians, handymen, plumbers, etc. He strongly recommended getting a drainage scope to us on the first home we looked at, and it turned out the pipes needed a 17k fix! Never would’ve known to get that checked without Nate’s help.
We have used RCPI multiple times. Nate is very particular & informative with inspections. He’s what we’re looking for.
