Sid was very prompt in returning my emails and was able to easily get us on the schedule. We were traveling from out of town and Sid showed up on time as expected. He did a thorough inspection and alerted us to issues and helped to explain the overall concern. The seller’s agent was at the inspection and Sid did a great job of managing their agent. For a couple of specific items, I followed up with Sid after the inspection and he was able to text me photos of items so that I could fully document my concerns. I would highly recommend Sid.

After showing a friend of mine the inspection report, he actually commented that it was one of the most detailed he’d seen. I definitely recommend RE/INSPEX.

We employed Sid to do a pre-listing inspection of our house In an effort to anticipate any potential problems and to determine what remedial work we should do prior to listing it. He went well beyond our expectations, providing a very thorough and detailed catalog of issues (happily, with no terrible news), along with clear explanations of causes and solutions. His written report was very helpful in providing a “to-do” list for our chores. In addition, he went above and beyond by researching the history of construction and septic permits for the past twenty years. In case it’s not obvious by now, we wholeheartedly recommend Sid’s services whether you’re a buyer or a seller.
