He was extremely thorough and professional on my home inspection (arriving even before I did) and was very good about explaining what was great, what was acceptable and what could use improvement, even providing comparisons to other things he had seen in his experience. His final inspection report was laid out very well with pictures and descriptions that were color-coded to match their urgency. I highly recommend Brian and Realistic Home Inspection to anyone looking for the best value in an inspector for their property.
