Kendall explained everything to us he was there to do. He showed us everything he wrote up no matter how small. We had originally gone with another inspector and he never showed. We called Kendall and he was ready to go. He was very kind and professional. We will def be recommending him to our friends and family. I truly believe everything happens for a reason. We asked God to help us find the right person and i truly believe it was Kendall. We would have never felt comfortable with the other guy. Our inspection report was amazing, even our real estate agent was wowed. The inspection report was very detailed and had picture of everything. Very happy with the Recon experience. CALL THIS GUY, HE’S HUMBLE & GREAT!
