Very friendly to my family. Reviewed findings with me right after inspection and answered any question on the spot. Report was thorough and quick. This company offers my good warranties with their services. Recommend to anyone looking for an inspection company.

We called Red or Green Inspections for a home inspection for a new home purchase. They were three professionals who were nice and courteous the entire 3 hours they were looking at the property. Each professional was responsible for looking for specific things around the property and were constantly busy. They took the time to explain things they found or answer my questions for them about where things were located. I was welcomed to follow them and look over their shoulder and ask any questions that I had. Their inspection was thorough and they gave pictures and explanations for everything they found. Each inspector had their own areas to inspect and explained everything they found in detail at the end of the inspection.

Awesome job! Very thorough and friendly. Nick explained things in detail as to what was being examined. He took plenty of photos and a nice colorful report explaining all findings was made. These people know there stuff. I have full confidence in what they say and look for. Very professional and timely. Thanks for a 5 Star service!
