Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work…a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Jed is tremendously thorough. His attention to detail shows in the video inspection he provides for every client. I’ve never seen an inspector so prompt in providing a turn around on reports within 24 hours, which can be critical when buying or selling a home. Jed is totally reliable and we’ll never use anyone else for our NV properties!

Really felt that Jed had our back in the inspection he did for us. We decided not to purchase the condo for a few reasons & the feedback from the inspection was one of them. Jed was very thorough and I appreciated the detailed report along with pictures. I really appreciated the level of professionalism & integrity he demonstrated. I like that he uses the latest technology & video records everything. The property was vacant & it was very convenient that Jed was able to let himself in because he has access to Sentri lock, the real estate agent didn’t have to meet him to let him in, great plus! Will be using him again for the next inspection! Thank you Jed for being so conscientious & working hard to do a great job for us. Very much appreciated!
