Chris did such an amazing job on home inspection and actually saved us from buying a really damaged house and was not repaired the right ways! If it wasn’t for his detailed inspection we would’ve have missed so many things we didn’t see ourselves! I highly recommend this company. It is well worth the price and communication between buyers and home inspector are flawless!
Chris does an amazingly thorough, investigative inspection! Then, he not only explains things, but he answers every question in as much detail as you need to understand. Also, while he’s telling you about your inspection, it’s like he’s telling a story of the house/structure. We will use him again & again if the circumstances arrive!!
