Scott gave us the best home inspection experience we could have asked for. His attention to detail was incredible. He took plenty of photos AND videos. He was kind and thorough, explained everything to us in a way that we completely understood, and was sure to check anything and everything he could. Every outlet, the thermostat and AC, all of the appliances, even the closet doors – he checked everything. While home inspectors are not necessarily required to go into so much detail, Scott believes that his clients deserve more, and his work really reflects that. I can’t say enough great things about Scott! I’ve had the opportunity to work with him to get two home inspections done over the course of a year – one for a house and one for a condo. I’m really impressed with the service Scott provided for a recent home buyer inspection. He was very thorough with his report (90+ pages) which included pictures and recommendations and covers the house from top to bottom. He treated the walk through as if he was buying the home for himself or a family member and makes it clear he’s there working for you so he’s an open book to ask questions, point things out to, etc.
