Plus, we will explain what routine maintenance is needed to keep the house in top condition. This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain them.

Mike and his team came out and did a set of inspections for us today. October 5, 2020 7:29 pm

From the time I scheduled with the receptionist Mandy (who was so personable and kind) to the time that we received our inspection report (less than 12 hours after the inspection was completed!), we were impressed. Mike came with his septic inspector and another young man. All three were thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were excellent at explaining everything to us in laymen’s terms. As stated earlier, we received our report same day and appreciate that it was very complete and felt like not a single detail was left out. Thank you Mike, Mandy, and everyone! Definitely recommend Regional for all of your home inspection needs.
