I do not perform repair work on homes I inspect, so you can be assured that my services are free of conflicts and are ethical. I offer only 3rd party objective advice, assessments, and testing.

Joe went above and beyond to check every inch of the property we want to buy. He was very knowledgeable and extremely thorough. I would recommend Joe to anyone for a home inspection. We also received our report the same day as the inspection. Plus he was easy to talk to. We Highly recommend!

We purchased our home in October of 2019. Joe did our pre-bid inspection on a home that had been listed as a ‘true fixer upper’ ; he found issues that we didn’t know were present and also took time to explain those issues in language we could understand. He was on time, thorough, and personable. His report came via email later the same day, including clear pictures, details of each issue that was found, and was easy to read and follow. We recommended Joe to friends in the market to buy a home due to his professionalism and value of the service. As we were working independent of a realtor, his service helped guide the rest of my home buying process.

Had a home inspection and radon test done prior to purchase of a home in Milton WI on Oct 1st 2020. Joe was on time, very knowledgeable, and very kind. You could tell he has been doing this for a long time and genuinely enjoys or at least cares for what he does! All around a great experience. Felt he checked high and low and didn’t skip over or rush through anything. Will update if something major was missed but i doubt it. Had report immediately with great quality pictures as well. Definitely would recommend! After quite a bit of research and recommendations Joe was the most affordable in the area!
