Chad was fantastic! I had a 30 day close on my new home and needed to schedule an inspection quickly. Chad was able to get my inspection, sewer scope and radon test completed earlier than I needed even with the short notice. As a first-time home buyer Chad took time to walk me through and explain everything in my new home so I felt comfortable. His report was extremely thorough and clear.
