Reno Tahoe Home Inspector did a home inspection on a house I recently purchased. The details given in the report were very descriptive and accurate with everything found after moving in. The report was very well put together and easy to understand. The suggestions given were also helpful in making decisions on the issues that were found. Highly recommend to anyone in need of an overall home inspection.
We recently had Vic inspect our home future home. He’s super easy to work with, incredibly thorough, knowledgable about all the trades, and perhaps most importantly just a genuinely nice guy. His responsiveness is great and had our report to us just a couple hours after the inspection. Vic does a great job of delivering information in a neutral way for the buyer and seller, which is exactly what you want. He was thorough, detail oriented and checked every fault. He pointed out the flaws and also mentioned the strong points of the home and left it for us to decide whether we want to purchase the home or not. He makes home buying easy and thoughtful with his elaborate inspections. I definitely recommend Vic.
