First off, scheduling the home inspection was far easier with Reveal than any other team in the area. Rich got my request and called me with an hour on a Sunday to get us on the books, and followed up a few times the week leading up to the inspection. The two-person approach to the inspection was awesome as it uncovered all possible issues and it let Bob and Rich showcase their individual expertise for specific items in the report. Lastly, the report turnaround was super fast and they were very thorough. The software they use produced a really nice and organized list of items to review, which made it really easy on us to relay items to our buyers agent. I’d recommend Bob and Rich to anyone that wants a top-tier team working for them when making a decision about a large investment like a home. Oh, and let’s get these guys a Car Talk style podcast already…the world deserves it!

If you need a home inspection do not go anywhere else. Stop looking and hire Robert & Richard. They are true professionals who know their stuff. they offer a two prong approach which allows them to completely inspect the home and will provide a comprehensive and detailed report. They will also be there for you if and when you have any follow up questions and will take as much time as you need until you are satisfied. I highly recommend these two gentlemen.

Reveal is by far the most customer focused home inspection company I’ve encountered. Not only were they the first to respond to my inquiry, they scheduled me within a couple of days and even offered a weekend time slot! The scheduling and payment process is so easy and can all be done ONLINE! The inspection itself was detailed and thorough. The team went ABOVE and BEYOND checking even small details that were not technically part of my condo unit. The emailed report was easy to navigate and the format was appealing and professional. I’ve never heard of a team of two inspectors until now. The price is fair and you won’t be disappointed- it’s an incredible value for the fee.
