I operate a Drone with a 4K video camera and a 48 megapixel still camera that can fly over your roof and take pictures and videos of every angle to make sure it is properly inspected because you deserve that peace of mind.

Here are some reasons a roof may not be able to be walked for inspection:

The roof is too steep to walk
The roof covering material is made of a material that could break if walked on (slate, tile, for example)
The roof is wet, a wet roof could be slick and not be able to be walked
The granules on the asphalt shingles are coming off making the roof slick
The roof is too high for a ladder to reach

I highly recommend Zac/Rigid Inspections, LLC for their services. Zac is very professional, responsive and provide great work. He went above and beyond to meet/exceed my expectations. I couldn’t be more pleased. His inspection report is very detailed and an easy read. He’s he best inspector I’ve ever had (my business is real estate investment). Bottom line, you will not be disappointed.

Zac did a really great job! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. They also coordinate all of your other inspections which was awesome – a one stop shop that truly made the inspection process easy.

Zac was wonderful. He did a very thorough home inspection and the report was very detailed! The inspection caught things that saved us from buying a house with to many large issues and we’re very appreciative. We’ll definitely be calling Rigid again for future inspection needs. I’d recommend them!
