He did not rush through anything but took the time to go through the whole report with us and answer any questions. I also called him a few weeks after our inspection to follow up with a few of his suggestions, and he was happy to pull up my report and discuss it further. Overall, great experience.

He pointed out many things and provided valuable advice during the inspection. He followed up after the inspection by doing his own research and contacting other professionals, as this house had several systems that were outside of the scope of a normal home inspection, but Tim was happy to help.

WOW! Seriously, just call & hire Riverbend Home Inspections! Everyone’s pricing is the same, but Tim is WONDERFUL! He does not rush any part of the process. He is thorough in the inspection itself, the report, and going over everything afterwards. We were buying from out of state, so instead of a walk through, Tim sent us the report & we went over it one item at a time over a Zoom call. He answered my 1000 questions and gave us valuable insight. He was very fast with scheduling & finishing reports – including the inspection re-check.
