He was very thorough. He answered all of our questions. He took plenty of pictures to show the issues that he found. He inspected all areas of the home and all systems. It was a great learning experience and the written report he provided was excellent. We will refer to it as we plan improvements to the house.

We were very happy with Roger Rixen. He was very prepared and extremely meticulous. He took his time walking us thru the house, room to room. We got in the attics and down into the crawl spaces. If there was anything potentially wrong with the house or any electrical issues, He immediately showed us. I was overwhelmed with the new knowledge of a house that my wife and are going to enjoy for a long time. The report that Roger sends to you after the inspection is unbelievable. All worth the 450 dollars that we invested.

I would recommend Roger Rixon to perform your Home Inspection. Roger was extremely professional, thorough, and knowledgable. He walked me through the entire house and discussed every aspect of his inspection in a way that was easy to understand and thorough. He actually presented me with so much information that I couldn’t keep track of it all, but he also puts together everything in a detailed written report together with photos. So, not to worry if you can’t remember everything

I was not able to be present during the inspection and asked Roger to specifically check a few different things such as water turn offs for all sinks and toilets. His report was very clear and very detailed. He found issues in the far reaches of the basement and throughout the property. It was very helpful and very well and clearly presented.

Susan was polite and responsive when scheduling. Roger was very professional and did a thorough job. He provided a detailed report and took the time to answer all the questions we had. We were very pleased with their work.
