I was not able to be present during the inspection and asked Roger to specifically check a few different things such as water turn offs for all sinks and toilets. His report was very clear and very detailed. He found issues in the far reaches of the basement and throughout the property. It was very helpful and very well and clearly presented.
Susan was polite and responsive when scheduling. Roger was very professional and did a thorough job. He provided a detailed report and took the time to answer all the questions we had. We were very pleased with their work.
Roger was thorough, responsive, and kind. I would recommend him to anybody searching for a property in this area. He caught a significant issue that we had overlooked in our initial tour of the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to specifically seek him out for any other property we wish to buy on the lake.
