He did a great inspection! I got a very thorough 40 page report with pictures. He went through every part of the house and even allowed me to tag along as he taught me different things about my future appliances. I got referred to Rob by some friends that wouldn’t steer me in the wrong direction. Very glad I chose Rob in the end! He was extremely professional and easy to talk to. He went over any questions I had about the place. I also thought his price was very reasonable and even convenient to add to closing cost if all goes well!

Rob far exceeded our expectations on many levels. First, he was incredibly personal and kind. As an inspector for potential home buyers, it was clear from our first phone call that Rob understands the worries and stress that can come with taking the leap to purchase a home. He was informative, understanding, and very flexible to meet our needs. Secondly, Rob’s inspection was by far the most detailed and precise inspection we have ever encountered. His report was so very detailed to allows us to understand all the pros and cons to the current house state. He provided a picture of item item good and bad so we had an accurate understanding and visual to review later when deciding on our next steps. Lastly, when the inspection was over, Rob asked us if we had any questions and walked us around the house to point out the more pressing issues so we could see and comprehend the finding first hand. Overall, this was top notch customer service and care and I will certainly be not only using Rob Smith for any future home inspections but I am strongly recommmending him to everyone I know!
