Jason & Clinton performed a very thorough and comprehensive inspection of our single-story, single-family home we are purchasing. They were very thorough in detail, documenting their findings using photos and a full report. They were very punctual, completed their tasks, then very patiently gave my wife and I a total tour of the house, pointing out both the good things and items that needed immediate attention. Their 53-page report was completed and provided to us before day’s end. They were extremely knowledgeable of local building codes, construction and maintenance issues and what needed to be done to correct issues. Solid 5-stars!! Fully recommend them without reservation. Great value for the investment!!
Home Inspection for a residential purchase. Jason was on time, thorough, walked thru everything when he had finished and explained everything in layman’s terms. Best inspector we have had to date.
. He was friendly knowledgable and professional. Office staff was fast and friendly. My only complaint is the written report seemed to be missing some of the things the inspector and I talked about. Luckily I spoke to the inspector or I would of not known everything that was important to me. I definitely would use this company again.
