Am a first time home buyer, Alex was referred to us by a friend, Alex was on time, he met with my wife at the property , he was very detailed,and most important Very Respectful ,he explained every single issue to my wife, the report was done and sent to us and our agent same day, when I got off work I called him and he took my call and spent an hour explaining every part of the report, this showed me how professional he is. thank you Mr Alex. and he uses Drones to check roofs, how cool is that.
