Ross Elite Home Inspection LLC

Ross Elite M was out to inspect our home. He explained the process and what he did, then took us on a tour to show us any problems. He was friendly and professional and made us comfortable asking any questions.

Ross Elite did a fantastic job. He was very thorough in his inspection and highlighted any areas that were of concern. He points these things out without being alarmist. First-time homebuyers should always be treated with care when addressing areas of concern. Otherwise, they may panic. Ross Elite is a great example of how to explain things in a friendly manner. I would definitely recommend him and will ask him to do future home inspections.

Ross Elite will always provide you with the best inspectors. Brian Alderdice is punctual, polite, and professional. He explained his findings in a way that my buyers could understand. He sent the report to me that very night. Brian is a very good writer, and I will use him again.

Larry Ross came out and did a mold inspection at our apartment after negligence on our landlord’s behalf. He was on time, very professional and thourough and very empathetic for the health issues we had been dealing with from the mold. We used a 3rd party mold company but wish we had known about Ross Elite in advance and just hired him directly because he has faster turn around on the testing and a better bang for your buck. Next time, hopefully we dont have a next time, but if we do, we will definitely call Larry Ross/ Ross Elite. Very impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. He even found mold we didnt know about in places we never thought to check.

Thank Goodness, Larry came out and did the radon test. Our readings came back very high and we discovered that the fan on our system had quit working. Prompt! Helpful! Reasonable Pricing! Thanks Larry

I was given Ross Elite’s information for a prospective house purchase inspection. Larry did an extremely thorough job and explained anything I had questions about upon completion. His reports were understandable and contained pictures and videos with the associated problems. Communication was fantastic, and I would highly recommend Larry/Ross Elite for any inspection needs!
