When looking at buying a new house the home buyer usually does not see things that professionals should. For the price and two people looking at a house you are better off getting someone else. Lack of detail was not there. They told us they really did not see anything that needed fixed before we signed or moved into our new home. After moving in and the previous owners things were out, there were wires exposed that would of never passed city inspection. There are other things that were “fixed” that come to find out were a temporary fix done very poorly. These things should of been pointed out to us so we could determine if that was acceptable for us or not. I am writing this a year after we had them inspect as we are getting very frustrated with what we keep finding when things are not working properly.

They provided detail review in person, answering every question I had. The team gave thoughtful and objective analysis in context and gave an honest and complete assessment of the property. They then helped guide me toward necessary changes and conceptualize future plans. They are professional, thorough, and objective. The long and short is… I would use them again in a heartbeat.
