Dave Smith did a fantastic job on my inspection. He was thorough and explained all my questions and concerns. The price was great considering the size of the house. I received the report the following day and it was easy to read and was very detailed with pictures and suggestions to fix flaws that were discovered. I would not hesitate to reccomend RTown Inspection to anyone who needs this service.

I am trying to purchase a home long distance and used Dave for my home inspection. His report was extremely thorough and he spent lots of time reviewing it with me by phone. If you are looking for a home inspection service this is one of the best I have ever had contact with. Money and time well spent!

Dave did a meticulous, timely general inspection of our first home purchase. His final report was exhaustive, well-organized, and written in plain speech; likewise, he made himself available for follow-up questions related to his recommendations. Altogether he spent over three hours at the house, moving carefully from roof to basement, providing visual documentation every step of the way. We’re very happy with our decision to go with RTown.
