My name is Rich Mennecke. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until our appointment. I have spent the better part of 30 years restoring historic homes. I am active in my community. Whether the home you are purchasing is brand new or 150 years old, it will receive the same detailed evaluation. I have learned much of what I know by doing, but I am also a firm believer in education. A house is comprised of many sub-systems that must work in concert with each other. As a Mechanical Engineer, I have designed, built and tested systems. I would be honored to inspect your new home. Rich was wonderful to work with and very professional! Being a first time home buyer is so stressful but he really put me at ease. Thorough, quick report turn-arounds and went above and beyond to give me a good and informative experience. If we ever need another inspection, hes our guy!

Ruby Home Inspection Services were excellent to deal with. Rich is very thorough in everything that he does. He caught a slight problem that was able to be rectified during closing, saving us future expenses. I highly recommend Ruby for many reasons, including radon testing.

Rich at Ruby home inspection is the best in the business.The man has a degree in engineering, degree in business and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. He’s meticulous, catches every detail and is genuinely helpful. It’s clear that he cares about health and safety and provides a very clear itemized inspection report, compete with photos and details about what needs to be addressed. Look no further — if they charged twice as much we would have gladly paid it!
