Safeway Home Inspections is owned and operated by licensed home inspector, Michael Czar. After going through the process of purchasing his own home years ago, Michael became fascinated with the home inspection business and the desire to teach other home buyers about their new homes. He became licensed as a home inspector in New Jersey and has been working in the business now for 8 years. His favorite part of his job is that he gets to educate other people, and he loves getting the chance to share his own knowledge and experience. When Michael isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his children and the rest of his family

My partner and I are extremely thankful for choosing this company for our inspections. We have used this company twice and worked with Steve and Robert. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their service. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Both answered all the questions we needed. They give their clients great advise and recommendations about the home. For new homebuyers like us, they were very patient and informative. They are both very honest. Their reports are VERY DETAILED and they make sure you have your report right away. Buying a new home is very nerve wrecking, specially during an inspection because you don’t know what you’re going to find. However, both Robert and Steve will make the process very easy. Both Robert and Steve have great sense of humor. We used this company twice and we wouldn’t doubt that we would use them again if needed. Lets not forget Mike too, he answers the phone right away and makes sure that your get an appointment right away. He’s also a very pleasant person to work with. We recommend this company 100%! . Thank you guys for your work !

Review is as a realtor of client purchasing a home: I recently worked with Safeway Inspections (our inspector was Mike) for the first time. From the initial intro by the buyer’s attorney, Mike was very responsive. His responsiveness was continued throughout the inspection period, which was helpful in fielding answers to the buyers and my questions. Setting up the inspection with Mike easy. Safeway has a great mobile website that is very user-friendly. This is the platform used to set up an inspection, make payment (if not paying by check), sign your inspection agreement and receive your inspection report. Very streamlined…technology = A+.

I had such a good experience working with Mike, Steve and Walt at Safeway inspections. Great customer service, warm and friendly demeanor, very knowledgeable and most importantly to me, thorough. When scheduling, Mike was very responsive and helpful. Day of, Steve and Walt never made me feel rushed at any point and they were always willing to take the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. The report output is very clear with lots of photos and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
