Carlo was extremely patient with us and explained every portion of his inspection. He answered every question I had and was very informative when doing so. He fit us in on a very tight schedule and was willing to come back to finish the inspection since we were unable to reach the attic. I would highly recommend Carlo.
Carlo was super professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout our whole process with him. My husband and I had a tight turnaround time for when we needed an inspection and Carlo was able to fit us in and I am so glad! He arrived promptly and explained issues as he came across them. He also offered some helpful pointers in maintaining the furnace/water heater. We received the full report promptly, within 24 hours. Would highly recommend! This was mine and my husband’s third home inspection from moving so frequently, and Carlo was the best inspector we have had so far.
