As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to expect and had a lot of questions in regards to the house and inspection report. Cory and his team took the time to answer my questions, point out areas of interest (ie: water shutoff, gas shutoff, electrical box, etc) and he provided education as to recommended repairs as well as general information for a new homeowner. The completed inspection report was great with the added pictures, videos and descriptions. I very much appreciate his services, thoroughness and professionalism.
Cory was very thorough with his inspection of the house we bought. I would definitely refer him to others and would also use him again for the next home we purchase. The report given was very detailed and easy to understand. He basically gave me a punch list of items to address after the purchase. He definitely saved me a lot of time and effort.
He pointed out details to us that we would not have noticed on our own. He was easy to work with and had a fair price for the amount of work he completed. We were very satisfied
