Bob was awesome to work with. We were waiting on our sellers to find a home, so we needed to reschedule our home inspection a couple of times, and Bob and his team were more than accommodating. During the inspection, he took all of the necessary COVID precautions to ensure that everyone was safe. The inspection itself was very thorough and very detailed. His written report included all of the necessary information, as well as photographs so that we had everything we needed to move forward with our purchase. I highly recommend him.
