He was very thorough and took the time to explain the household system to us in a way we could understand. His written report was an incredibly useful checklist for improvements we’d like to make down the road, with pictures and notes on what should be done. John’s suggestions for the most effective and economical solutions were extremely valuable, and I can now purchase our home with confidence that I know exactly what needs to be done.
He didn’t seem very knowledgeable on electrical or gas code, and missed a big structural issue. I would recommend someone with more experience for a thorough home inspection.
