We wish you and your family good health as our family and business navigate this unpredictable time in our world. Since March we have been adjusting our practices to keep up with current health, safety, and cleanliness guidelines. Beginning on May 20 we will allow ONE client, wearing mask and gloves (no exceptions), in the home during inspection, with the inspector. Please understand that our priority is to continue to serve our clients, agents and homeowners well, while adhering to best health practices. We are practicing extra cleanliness and hygiene as we inspect in people’s homes. We appreciate your collaboration with us.

Best in the business. They cost a bit more, but it’s worth it as all the 5 star reviews said. John saved me a lot of money by not buying a house because of too many problems. Will hire him again when I find another house. Still looking.

Schaefer Inspection came recommended to me by my real estate agent. This was my very first time purchasing a home and I was unsure of how this process worked. Bill showed up early to the inspection to start taking look around the condo complex before I even arrived. He was very professional and informative each step of the way. I am a person who usually asks a lot of questions or requests further information on something, especially if I do not have much knowledge on the subject. However, during the whole inspection, about 2 hours, I did not have a single question. Bill took his time to explain everything he was doing in such a way that was understandable and made me feel more comfortable with the process.

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Schaefer Inspection Service, Inc.! We are first-time home buyers and were looking for a reputable inspection service agency. Everything about Schaefer has greatly exceeded our expectations. We scheduled the service via their website, was contacted promptly from one of their friendly service agents, and scheduled our first home inspection with ease. More importantly, Bill Wilkes (our inspector) was absolutely exceptional. My time with him during the inspection this morning was informative, thorough, and extremely educational. He took the time to diligently and meticulously walk me through each and every part of the inspection and answered every single one of my questions honestly and professionally. Bill also delivered the inspection report promptly – they guarantee a completed report in 24 hours and we received our detailed report in less than 5! Furthermore, My wife and I want to express our profound gratitude to Bill as he has certainly represented Schaefer Inspection Service exceptionally.
