If you want to ruin your home sale use this guy. 80+ pages for a home inspection … many “problems” were completely inaccurate and outright falsehoods. Guess Bill believes the more “problems” he comes up and the longer his report is, will make him look like he’s a genius but it totally backfires when he refers to “specialists” being needed on plumbing, AC, electricians

Usually my go-to inspector as he is incredibly thorough and really gives the home a “full physical” if you will. I preface it with my clients that he’ll provide to you a list of things in the home to be aware of – NOT as a shopping list – but for you to know as you live in the home. Focus on the health and safety issues and get additional inspections if Schultz indicates things might need additional specialists to review. I’d rather know the full condition of my home than things like “the washing machine works” which is under home warranty anyway..
