They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable throughout the inspection. They provided ‘heads up’ and insight through each area of our home, not only commenting on inspection results, but giving important insight to proper care and maintenance to our home. They also were sure to point out anything we should note and ask for in closing, such as warranties. It truly felt like they were in our corner and we could not have made a better choice than to work with Scott and Scott.

They were very thorough and knowledgeable, pointed out and explained everything on our walkthrough and answered all of our questions. They also supplied their preliminary report quickly (we thought we’d be waiting several days for a full report for all testing to come back), so it was nice to get this big report to take our time reading through over a weekend. They made one of the many steps in purchasing a home easy & hassle free, thank you!
