Don is our second choice. He knows his trade very well and is also very realistic. He will tell you if something needs to be repaired, but also why and whether it’s urgent or not. We’ve had other inspectors who make it sound like everything is a catastrophe, even when it’s minor. He is thorough but also realistic.
A home inspector is doing a fantastic job! You can trust his report because he is honest. If you’re preparing to purchase a house, I would highly recommend his service. Recently, he found that a house we had him inspect needed major repairs. The report was worth his fee.
