John Gagnon is the man! I would highly recommend his home inspection service to everyone looking to have their place checked out. Our seller was the owner himself, and a contractor no less. We thought that he would try to intimidate the inspector, and the owner did try, but failed. John stood his ground, knew his stuff, and by the end of the inspection he got the owner to open up to the point where he was actually joking around with all of us. That’s how much of a people person he is. He communicated everything to us in a clear and concise manner. As first time home buyers we asked a lot of questions and he didn’t balk at a single one. He didn’t shy away from anything. He got dirty, he opened stuff up, moved stuff around, explained the intricacies and the oddities of the house. We felt like John was there for us and not once did we get the impression that he didn’t have our best interest at heart. Needless to say, the house seems to be in great condition, but only because we trust him and the security we have from his inspection is priceless. If your offer has been accepted and have 10 days to get an inspection in RI, call this man ASAP! He’s booked solidly for a good reason
