Tom completed a pre-sale inspection for a house I’m selling in Luray. As the owner, I was present for the inspection and I allowed the prospective buyer to be there as well. Tom arrived at the site on time and ready to go. He explained fully about the inspection and what he planned on looking for. He encouraged questions and explained everything thoroughly. I was very satisfied with his inspection process and the comments/suggestions that he provided. I allowed the prospective buyer to accompany us on the inspection and Tom explained his stance and roll as the inspector for the seller.
