Matt Seiple, Owner and Operator of Seiple Home Inspections, has over 30 years experience inspecting and building homes. Mr. Seiple works as an inspector primarily in the central Vermont and New Hampshire region, and has performed many thousands of inspections on single family, condominium and multi-family residential and commercial buildings in this area. Mr. Seiple is also state licensed as a home inspector in both the states of Vermont (VT#143) and New Hampshire (NH#138), and is fully insured and bonded for professional liability and loss.

When you call Seiple Home Inspections, you will speak with Mr. Seiple directly to answer your questions and schedule an appointment. Mr. Seiple will also be the inspector who arrives on site; he will personally prepare the written report; and he will be available to answer any questions you may have in the days and weeks after the inspection.

He has inspected two homes for me, and both times he was very thorough and helpful. His deep knowledge of home construction in New England, and how buildings potentially deteriorate, inspires confidence. I highly recommend Matt.

Matt was very responsive to my request for a home inspection. We scheduled it a few days later. He did a great job documenting and taking pictures of what he could see inside and out. He explained everything he saw to me in way that I could understand. His price was very fair and reasonable.

He has completed three home inspections over the years for my properties as well as radon testing and I would request his services again and again if needed. He is thorough, explains things so I can understand, is responsive and was able to even get things done on very short notice. The report has a great layout, easy to follow. I highly recommend Matt. I’ve seen other inspector reports but I’ve always been impressed with his knowledge and descriptions. Thanks Matt!
