We are here to shine a light on the subject property and give you the proper information to enable you to better make an informed decision. Everything in the report will be explained to you by going over the pictures after the actual inspection is done. Even after the inspection has ended and you’ve received the full report, we are still available for follow-up questions or any needed information. We will do whatever it takes to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.

Steven was the absolute best. He was very honest and thorough with our house inspection. Made sure to go over everything with us and emailed a very detailed report. Just an overall great guy

We used Select Inspections for the purchase of our home and I’m glad we did. Now I consider myself a professional do it yourselfer and was not sure if I needed an outside opinion. Before putting in our offer I spent a few hours to try to find all of the potential issues with our new house because I felt that I knew what I was looking for. Much to my dismay, my wife insisted that we hire an outside inspector and that is how we brought in Select Inspections. Steven was priced right and had knowledge about the houses built in our neighborhood and what to look out for. We ended up finding a few items that needed to be fixed and I was able to go back to the seller and negotiate money off of the purchase price. In the end, he saved us money.

Steven with Select Inspections was referred to me by my realtor. I was looking into purchasing a home of new construction and my realtor highly recommended Steven to perform the inspection. I completely understand why my realtor recommends him to all of her clients. He is very professional and thorough. Even after the inspection was completed, we spoke over the phone a few times to discuss concerns I had over a few things he had discovered during the inspection. He was very patient and took the time to express his expert opinion on his findings. He definitely put my mind at ease. If you want the job done right, hire Steven!
