We are new to the area. Our realtor teamed us up with this company. We trusted her professional opinion and now, we trust Sellers and Buyers Home Inspection. Tom was completely professional and courteous. His assessment was thorough and detailed. What we liked the most was his confidence in the home we are purchasing. Places the mind at ease during such a transition period. I’m eager to learn what the company “Porch” is about. It is offered as a thank you once an inspection is complete. This may ease our move even further.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and answered all of my calls and responded to my emails in a timely manner. He did a very thorough inspection of the home we’re purchasing and offered to go back out at no charge if I had additional questions or wanted him to inspect the seller’s contracted repair job (he found a leak in the roof and we negotiated immediate repair). My realtor had recommended two other inspectors but after checking online reviews, BBB accreditation, and wanting to work with someone north of Dayton, I’m very happy that I came across Sellers and Buyers Home Inspections.
