While I did not end up going with Shawn for our home inspection, I was impressed enough to write this review. Shawn was professional and very knowledgeable during our phone call. He explained when radon, mold, and methamphetamine testing is suggested, why they are suggested, and the negative health associations with them. He was competitively priced at $230 for <1,000 sq ft property.
