I would highly recommend him as the inspection was thorough and professional and the supporting documents were delivered quickly.
I used them for my house purchase in NE DC, and would never recommend them to anyone else. Long story short, a DC city inspector came to inspect my house after a Sentry home inspector and failed my house. The sad part was that just about everything Tim looked at and didn’t highlight as a problem were the same thing the city inspector looked at to fail the house. What good is an inspector that inspects a house for you before you buy it, only to have the city come after them, look and the same thing they looked at and failed the house?
