Professional. Online scheduling is easy. The report was easy to understand and detailed. The inspector was also available to answer questions after receiving my report. Highly recommended.

Daylan provided me with an overview via phone as I could not be present during the inspection. Daylan gave me a summary via phone, as I was unable to be present at the inspection.
Daylan was actually there early, and was ready to wait for us to show up once he was finished. (Luckily for him, we were a little early too.) He was extremely personable, and answered all of our questions professionally and with enough detail to allow us to make informed decisions. We would gladly recommend Sentry to anyone requiring their services.
We hired Sentry for a house inspection, termite inspection, and solar inspection (subcontracted to Solar One). Brad was very thorough and the report was detailed. The technology enhanced processes of: scheduling, report delivery, report format, and general communications, including text and email reminders was very much appreciated.
This may sound basic but it is definitely not the norm in the area. He was really nice and friendly, was very thorough in his work and provided an excellent inspection report. Highly recommend!
