Servo Home Inspectors
Robert Miller grew up working for his realtor father, who made a second career building and renovating houses in the 1970s and 1980s. He spent many long, hot summer days working side-by-side with his father learning the craft of construction.
Over the years while building out commercial studio spaces, remodeling his own homes and trying his hand at furniture design, Miller’s love for home construction, interior space planning and design elements grew.
Don’t do it! Just don’t do it! Get another home inspector. Robert has cost us over $30 000 due to his report that was full of big mistakes. We bought a home based on his report and it took only a week after closing for the roof to fail entirely. Robert’s report states that the roof was is OK condition and simply needs some re-sealing. The roof was falling apart in reality according to several other inspectors and roofers who looked at it! There even was a roof leak fixer can on the roof in plain sight found by another roofer who went up there after Robert and nothing of this in the report????? He may say whatever we wants to try to talk his way out but after we bought the home his mistakes became obvious left and right. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this guy. And all he will tell you after costing you thousands is that his contract states that he is not liable in case he is wrong. We will let a judge decide that!
Did a fair and thorough inspection on a home I had listed. Recommend that the Buyers have other licensed contractors evaluate certain parts of the house (roof etc.), and provided a timely, state of the art Radon evaluation.
Robert was a pleasure to work with — he was responsive to my inquiry and scheduled a time that worked with my right timeline. He went above and beyond… meticulously investigating the home, explaining his findings and even walking me through how to operate and understand the heating system and the electrical.
