Excellent service from Seven Stars Home Advisors on our recent inspection of a new build home. Doug and Chad paid extremely close attention to detail, provided good quality photos and thorough, easy to understand explanations of each item in the report. Doug was available the same day of the inspection to review the report in detail, and provided valuable insight that comes from years of experience. As an extra nice touch, they included additional photos of the home at the time of their visit, capturing views of some rooms which didn’t require specific inspection. I would highly recommend Seven Stars to remote homebuyers- you are in competent and caring hands with Doug and Chad.
He was thorough checking everything out and took a lot of time to explain the key points of concern. His complete report was delivered ahead of schedule. He also stopped what he was doing to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend this company.
Chad and Doug were excellent from the start. From setting up the inspection date to the actual inspection, they were very professional, informative and honest. Chad is very thorough in his inspection and gives a great summary when he is finished before leaving the property giving you an opportunity for any questions you may have.
